We only accept PayPal right now. PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. For more information, visit About PayPal.

For Hong Kong local area, we offer SF pay on delivery.

2. How to cancel the order

We are unable to amend the order once you have made payment. We suggest you to put those items into shopping carts first.

3. How to change the information of order

4. Shipment/Delivery

We provide international home delivery service (depended on your country) by SF Express. The order will normally confirm in 48 hours after payment and delivery in 7-14 working days (depends on supply).

All pre-ordered products will be shipped 20-30 days after order confirmation (depending on supply availability).

Delivery services shall delay when typhoon signal, a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted.

7. Exchange/Refund 

Under any circumstances, deliver fee will not be refunded, if any. We Merchandise may, at our election, be returned or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged or the merchandise are not what you ordered. Please send us :

(2) Total 6 photos: include front, back, left ,right, top and bottom) of the product(s) in problem through email immediately
